CHAPTER 9 - CHART OF ACCOUNTS REPORT

The Chart of Accounts Report is a listing of your General Ledger Accounts. You may choose a summary or a detailed version. The summary version shows the account description, the account type, the ratio indicator, and the active account indicator. In addition to this information, the detailed version also includes each month's transaction balance. You may also choose to print all accounts or a range of accounts. For the beginning and ending account numbers, you may press [F7] to invoke the lookup feature. After you select this option, the following screen appears:
